DMCA & Copyright Policy

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected]. Your notice should include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, and, where possible, a location on this site where it appears.
• Your contact details: full name, postal address, email, and (where possible) a phone number.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorised to act for the owner.
• An electronic or physical signature of the owner, or a person authorised to act for them.

On receipt of a valid notice we will act expeditiously to remove the material, or disable access to it, and we will contact the account that posted it. Our counter-notice and restoration procedure will follow standard DMCA practice.

We also keep the account and address that produced the material, together with the time of submission, so that a pattern can be shown if the same work is repeatedly reposted.

We rely on good-faith notices. If you are found to have knowingly misrepresented that material is infringing, you may be liable for your damages, including our costs and attorney’s fees.

Every image the Service produces is generated by a model from a text prompt; it is not a copy of any one input. That means a specific generated image is not, in most law systems, a “copy” of a particular work in the way a scan is a copy. It can still look similar to a work you own, and similarity is what this policy is about.

If your material is taken down on a DMCA notice you believe to be wrong, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We will restore the material within a reasonable period unless we learn the original filer has filed action to enforce their copyright.
